Oh, that's a lot of things really. I'm rarely feel truly hungry, so it's not that. It's more of the habit from university times, when I had only 15 min at best to go to the canteen, grab something, eat it and then go back.

I'm terrified enough that modern cars don't have a... knob?... to open the door from inside. I know that you can sort of open the door anytime (more or less) anyway, but as an engineer I still don't trust electronics/ computer too much🫣
So those handles, which are not handles - no no no

I have a friend who eats very very slowly, I think it's at least easier not to overeat "accidentally" this way. But yeah, apparently everyone has their own struggles 😢

I usually put on 10min youtube videos for the lunch time, so I can stretch my food to the duration of it, but it never works 😶

Question out of nowhere, but does anyone have tips on how to eat slower? I understand that chewing more and focusing on the food should help, but ilI don't seem to have patience for it.

I feel you... But you're in no way "useless". It's tough place to be at, when you want to do something, but it doesn't work out for one reason or another. But things tend to change, and I'm sure there will be other opportunities at times when you'll be comfortable doing everything you only wish to 🫂

Funny. Comments are focused on semantics of word "theft", while that's not the issue. Piracy technically not a theft per se either, but still a crime. Doing the same with art, however, nowadays became a norm, just because "it's technological progress, you don't understand" 🤦
