Reading all the food recalls. I highly recommend getting to know a farmer, shopping at farmers markets, and/or joining a CSA for the next 4-6 yrs. When we started our farm journey the goal wasn't to make money. It was to raise or grow 80% of our food. We added food grown by friends to that goal.

My amazing therapist is incorporating yoga in our sessions. As we work on years of sports trauma, incoproating movement has been very healing. Also Cleo is my therapy kitty. She's been through some tough sessions with me. I highly recommend therapy, yoga, and cats all together.
