An agency like ours thrives on structure. Deadlines. Preparation. Schedules.

These are meant to help you remain consistent, not restrict you.

However, some creators work best in spontaneous bursts and so an agency feel too stressful.

An agency alone cannot carry you to success. It requires your input and work.

Think of it as a multiplier. Agencies can't multiply zero.

But if you bring drive, talent, and a willingness to work with a team - then an agency can help to multiply your efforts.

Solo creators only answer to themselves.
Agency talent has a team to work and communicate with.

If feedback is essential & necessary for you to improve - You will appreciate being in an agency.

However, if flying solo is your thing - you may not.

It's all about your needs.

When you are an indie - you don't have to tell anyone your plans, availability or content ideas.

This comes with upsides and downsides.

On one hand, this can be isolating, overwhelming and lacking structure.
On the other, you may need the accountability and structure.

Not every creator is built for an agency environment and that's okay.

There is a belief that joining an agency should be the end goal for VTubers.
However - agencies aren't ideal for everyone.

Keep building the things only *you* can make. The rest will follow! ✨

Don't wait for an analytics dashboard to tell you that you are a "real" creator.

Treat your work with respect now. Build your skills now. Find peers who will support you now - regardless of size.

The best creators act professional long before the algorithm notices.

Thinking you have to struggle alone until you're "big enough" is a trap.

That’s usually how talented people burn out before they ever really get started.

You shouldn't have to be your own manager, editor, and marketer just to prove you are serious.

A graph can show us your peak viewership, but it can’t show us your worth as a creator.

Audiences look for:
• Your creative ideas.
• Your personality.
• The unique way you interact with others.

Your value isn't defined by a metric. It goes way deeper than that.
