An alternate universe version Wubz Steps, who is depicted as a ghoul from Fallout, posing confidently in some dusty and well worn clothing. His robotic side-kick R3VERB, that looks like a drake, is being protective over wubz.

Being out in the wastelands, it might be a good idea to have a ghoul that's been around for a couple centuries. Being an ex-actor that has a robotic side-kick comes in handy as well.
