This effectively forces every trans person in the state to out themselves while applying for a job, renting an apartment, or being stopped by police. It's part of the same law that allows anyone to sue anyone else they suspect of being trans and using the "wrong" bathroom.

Here's the thing I will continue saying every time this came up: Kamala Harris did not mention trans people in her campaign. She went out of her way to avoid it. She dodged every question on trans rights. And then she still lost. So what Newsom wants is *open hostility* to trans rights

It's closer to a top down version of something like an Elder Scrolls open world RPG than a Factorio. It also has difficulty modes that take away the permadeath stuff and let you play through the story without worrying about starting over, and the story is really good.

Still can't get over Donna Summer MacArthur Park as the music choice. No notes, etc.
