I kinda remember Trump pardoning a bunch of people for this, many of whom beat up cops and put them in the hospital. I think they were yelling something about the Vice President as they stormed the building.

It’s “states’ rights” if you want to force women to give birth without healthcare, and “states’ rights” if you want to ignore kids getting murdered in schools, but apparently “states’ rights” don’t exist when the president wants to send troops into cities that didn’t vote for him

The right is doing themselves a disservice, because when we’re finally past this nonsense, and we will be, they’ll never again be able to claim they stand for the Constitution, states’ rights, law and order, separation of church and state, free speech, or protecting kids. Ever.

I say we take away taxpayer-funded health care from members of Congress and see what kind of shutdown they’re willing to stage when their coverage is on the line. Maybe then they’d stop playing games with the ACA and the lives of millions of Americans.
