Avoiding Trade Concerns in the Design of Plastic Pollution Measures IISD provides insights on aspects of WTO members' plastics that have created friction with trading partners and suggests recommendations for the adoption of such policies in the future.

We also looked at ways to approach the introduction of new measures to maintain the stability of existing trading relationships.

Off to Busan for the last round of #Plasticstreaty negotiations. Weather seems to be matching the general mood - a lot of uncertainty about what we will have on the table on 1 December and a lot of turbulences expected along the way.
