i was looking forward to the story and engine from when they posted the title spoilers cos i could se3 the barber shop setting and know what that means in the culture... i was intrigued and I don't think the episode disappointed. that opening market seen was So enjoyable 😭

but both myself and my friend i watch with (also Black) have been enjoying how familiar Ncuti's Doctor is in his mannerisms

There was a lot of people to get through, so not much time for a chat, but I did tell him I appreciated his allyship as a queer fan and he thanked me and said that means a lot

also had the pleasure of meeting David Tennant and teaching him the cheek heart ! (as I have done with all Doctor Who actors I have taken pics with so far :D)

Really good Doctor Who this week. I wish these Disney seasons were the length of the BBC ones, but they’ve been pretty strong each week this year.
