i dont have enough friends that i talk to regularly to cut these people off so i guess im just going to sit in silence all day now by myself because communicating how we feel is too uncomfortable

the friends im having issues with have told me to stop talking about it with them yeah guys lets just ignore each other until were not even friends anymore this is awesome im so glad these are the people im closest with

i got myself a nice record player and just realized its getting delivered on a day i wont be home AND its gonna storm so its gonna get 1) stolen 2) soaked

i asked my care team about it they dont think i have it please stop blatantly ignoring me asking for reassurance im going to lose my shit

so many people in my life have just decided that i have ocd and are treating me like i do and ignoring me asking for validation that im safe and ok and its driving me fucking crazy because i dont have ocd and this makes me so much worse.
