The Medford Man's plight in #ViceSquad is very similar to an episode of The Simpsons where Bart skips school and witnesses a crime. Mayor Quimby's nephew, Freddy aka CHOWDAH, is blamed. If Bart testifies to save Freddy, then Principal Skinner will know he skipped school. #TCMParty #classicfilm

No. He's definitely no 26. I wouldn't even believe him being 37, except that is Holden's age in the film. He looks older though. His age doesn't really bother me though, because he works as the drifter from the wrong side of the tracks. Just like AHNdrea and Van Nuys.

I love #Picnic. It has all of the overwrought melodrama that I love in a 1950s movie. It has everything: creepy come-ons, mom begging for her daughter to put out, teen angst, drunken monologues, romance, love triangles... this movie has everything. #TCMParty

She's definitely younger than AHN-drea. William Holden is definitely in the AHN-drea role here in "Picnic." He looks every inch of his 37 years and he's playing someone who is supposed to be a few years out of college.
