After the Catastrophe caused by humans, most of Europe's military surplus ended up in France. How it happened wasn't something she cared go think about but it allowed her and her forces to quickly supress most human insurrectionist groups and take over most of the country.

She remarked as they walked. All around the area Striga could see the heavily armed common vampires dressed in, for this era, modern military attire. They were under Rae's command and acted as both security and defense in case of human rebellion.

After she listened to her explination before gesturing the taller vampire to follow alongside her.

"I can only guess this downfall occurred due to human interference?"

"You were asleep?"

The 4th Progenitor arched a brow, sleep was a long forgotten concept to her. It was one of the many perks of becoming immortal.

"...I see, and where exactly was your former territory? More importantly, how did you loose it?"

"I don't think I've ever seen you at any of the Progenitor Council meetings. State your name and the territory you rule over."

The other vampire spoke in a commanding tone, her face was neutral with a touch of alertness in her modified gray eyes.

"That's what I was told by Krul. Reports also said it appeared at Nagoya, it seemed less murderous than the prior sighting."

She says walking over to sit at a desk

"I hate to be the one doing this, but I think an emergency summons of the Progenitor Council is needed."
