I went ice skating once and the only thing I particularly remember was getting a huge bruise on my right knee because I didn't have the stability to actually skate properly. Trying to go faster helped a bit, but I still must've fallen like 20 times in an hour.

Once during unarmed fighting practice we were trying to catch a side kick and pushing the attacker over. I accidentally went with him and the tough part of my knee impacted his crotch with all my heft and a *loud* crack.
Turns out I punched a finger thick hole into the thickest part of his cup.
