24.04.2025 01:55 — 👍 3 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 03 weeks is just beginning, you still have a way to go. Be patient and don't push to hard. If you do, you encourage scar formation and trust me, you don't want that. You really don't. If it swells or gets warm, you're pushing too hard.

For the knee, at 6 wks I had less than 90 degrees flex. It took two manipulations to break the scarring. I didn't have enough flex to drive my truck until 10 wks.
