Yeah, I think it's absolutely an option, but one that strongly depends on risk incentive. I think Salah is the best captaincy option if you ignore initial ranks and rank objectives, but selecting Salah won't change your rank that much (for better or worse). Palmer is a nice option in that regard.

Last GW I fell ~100k down to 975k, partly due to Bruno’s red card. Sold Bruno this GW for Ødegaard. Many players were close (Eze, Martinelli, Trossard, Gordon). Just couldn’t find sufficiently good use of the extra cash - could be wrong. Rolling the other FT.
