One disgusting aspect of all this is Trump fundamentally doesn’t care about it at all. He barely knows where any of these places are. He likes cash in brown envelopes and being on TV as Mr Big Important Guy. He’s just willing to pull any lever he thinks might keep that stuff flowing indefinitely.

In 2025 Trump said: "If we happen to be in a war with somebody, no more elections. Oh that's good," (As Trump begins military operations in Iran, the White House is threatening an executive order to nationalize elections.)

This is a Wag the dog war. Yes, Iran is a bad actor, however this is an attempt to change the American narrative away from the economy, tariffs, corruption, the Epstein files, ICE and the GOP sagging polls leading into the midterms.

Remember everybody, Mitch McConnell could have stopped all this madness but didn't.

The President has launched our nation and our great military into a war of choice, risking American lives and resources, ignoring American law, and endangering our allies and partners. It does nothing to help with the urgent problems here at home that Americans face every day.
