I dont think i can get better cus i have no meds

My stomach hurts and i vommitted again

Its gotten to a point where im starving but if i eat my body makes me throw it up and i vommit everything, its making me feel sick, and i have a headache. It really sucks that im suffering like this and whats worse is i cant do anything about it because im jobless

I wanna buy medicine so bad because the pain in my stomach is getting worse and the vomitting doesn’t stop but i can only buy meds if a doctor prescribes them to me and i cant afford a check up.. looks like im gonna be suffering. Being poor sucks

I have been vomitting for 2 days straight, i vommit all the food i eat and i can’t do anything because getting a checkup here costs so much and i dont have money. And i havent slept because at night my stomach pain gets worse and its torture
