A stupid skeet: I'm not sure i understand why he would need PIP if he's got a decent prophetic leg that can get him about ok? I have a friend with a prophetic who works, drives a car, dances, skiis. PIP is for people who have extra costs associated with mobility. Not compensation or pity money for having one leg.
