Farke doesn’t have the best attacking line up in the division like he did last season and it’s showing.

Only points we’ve won away is beating an abject Wolves. We keep turning up and giving the home side the game they want #lufc

Work so hard to get on top, Tanaka becoming more influential and then he changes the shape. Baffling.

Check out that prick on SSN, fucking Ogden. Of course he’s called Ogden. Talking about little old Leeds like it’s fucking beneath him. Prick.

You’d think after the farcical end to the window they’d be wrapping attackers up in cotton wool but it’s injury after injury. Okafor spent last week in Dubai with his own personal trainer, now injured. Makes you wonder who is running things, if anyone #lufc

Gudmundsson been brilliant going forward. Carried left hand side both before and after Harrison sub. Delivery difficult when options in middle so limited #lufc

Players around the Burnley lad stood gawping while he turns and shoots. Shite.

Can’t really be critical of that today. Matched a side with a preposterous budget in comparison to ours. We wasted the last ten by not getting the ball forward but in Farke’s defence he threw on what he had, which weren’t a right lot #lufc

DCL in position to defend set piece and Farke takes him off. So naive. We were great today. Gutted. #lufc

Used to hate fussy freekicks for β€œfouls”against the keeper but in a world of set pieces coaches I fucking love it when they blow up straight away and everyone trundles back from their synchronised swimming shite. Can tell the refs love it too.

I see old whiskey nose has been on the wine pints with Allardyce before the game.

That was very very good. Hope we don’t revert to type and sit back too much now, we can’t afford to let these three points go #lufc

Don’t think he’d have used him at all if James hadn’t come back off.

We’d stayed in the game really well until that point then lost all attacking impetus and ability to go and win it.

That grand total saw a pretty seismic shift in their favour as we struggled to retain the ball or get up the pitch with Harrison and Aaronson. I get Okafor was probably tired so Gnonto for Okafor would have retained a dribbling/ball carrying threat.

Farke is already up against it for a variety of reasons but those subs did him no favours, especially with James and Gnonto sat on the bench.

13.09.2025 20:54 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

In a tight game, you’re not gonna retain the ball with a front three of Aaronson, Harrison and Nmecha, non of whom are great in possession or at dribbling/ball carrying and that invites pressure. We sacrificed the ball so freely after that point and the pressure tells with a tired mistake from GG.

Having watched the match and then the highlights, really feel for the players who started. Admittedly Fulham weren’t great but the attitude and discipline was great for first 70 and then it went. Farke let down by the recruitment but he’s gonna have to do better with what he has on the bench #lufc

13.09.2025 20:49 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

On 68 minutes he withdrew our only real pace in Okafor and replaced him with Harrison, while Gnonto and James sat on the bench. We created zilch after this and Fulham added pressure. It is still possible to be defensively solid and maintain some attacking threat.
