That’s a tired and baseless claim. The SMC amplifies expert opinions across various scientific fields, including tobacco harm reduction. If their messaging on vaping appears supportive, it’s likely because independent experts and evidence consistently show that vaping is far safer than smoking.

Nope. Illicit sellers won't bother getting licenses. They'll adapt to whatever regulatory changes the govt makes - most likely by staffing stores with expendable mules and limited stock, and simply re-open for business once inspectors have moved on.
