Not sure we need to keep going on about X. I've seen the lowest common denominator behaviour from all sides there.
It's important to have conflicting views, for people to engage, to have healthy debate and maybe even learn something.
It would just be nice if we could have that without twattery!

It should be said that I benefitted from annual fees of £1,200 for the course and about £3,000 in maintenance loans per year so when I left my total debt was around £13,000, probably wouldn't cover a year's fees and loans today.

Finished university in 2009 and after a couple of years (okay 5) primarily dole dwelling or working factory jobs, managed to fall into a job that has turned into a pretty good career. Suspended salary re-payments in September and paid the final £1,421.05 off today. Surreal feeling.

Went to see the Rock Orchestra by Candlelight last night. Thoroughly enjoyable experience with wifey despite her falling on the wrong side of the, 'is Tainted Love really a rock song?' debate.

Driving home from golf this afternoon and like a good guy I usually let people out of junctions now and again. Came up to a Tesla trying to get out of the junction at Tesco's and I just thought, 'absolutely not!' So bloody petty, I'm actually a bit disappointed in myself.

Getting very distracted by the 'new tab' news on Microsoft Edge this morning. Apparently we're obsessed with tall celebrity children. Thought it was nonsense before remembering I'm in two WhatsApp groups which have both mentioned the size of a particular popstar's son this week. So maybe I'm wrong?!

Hopefully I'll get further with this app than the single post I managed on Threads...
