Idk where you live but there are often groups and stuff that are run in communities to help 😊 (but I'm in Canada so I'm not sure if that's the case for other places, health authorities or government-funded programs here tend to run free therapy groups!)

SSRIs don't "fix" things, they may help, but they don't fix! Therapy + medication tend to be the most effective (compared to therapy alone or medication alone)
