During the visit to Islamabad, we signed:

Deputy Prime Minister Sikorski informed his counterpart about the situation on the Polish-Belarusian border, where a migration crisis is taking place as a result of a hybrid war waged by Belarus with Russia’s support. He pointed out that Pakistani citizens are also being used in these activities.

The discussion focused on strengthening 🇵🇱🇵🇰 bilateral cooperation, including within international organisations, as well as on exchanging experiences in combating disinformation.

We assume that the Polish diaspora should build its position not only by relying on funds from the Polish budget, but also by using resources available in their countries of residence, including sponsorship funding.

We want to give out fishing rods, not fish – in some places.

The strategy for Polish diaspora, by focusing on greater synergy and efficiency in implementing diaspora policy, is also intended to support the effective allocation of public funds.
