09.02.2026 13:06 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Itβs awful in the night isnβt it ? Def leads to doom thinking which prob makes it worse!
04.02.2026 10:18 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I had those a lot, Iβd wake up in the night with them too -scary. I donβt drink coffee but do drink a lot of tea. Switched to decaf tea (Sainsburyβs in the blue box), tastes just the same to me. That helped a massive amount, I never wouldβve thought it but there you are!
04.02.2026 10:13 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Iβve not read it @ursh.bsky.social , you gave me The Marriage Portrait which I loved π₯°

18.01.2026 12:31 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Excellent book. I read Chocky when I was about 11. Followed by the rest of John Wyndhamβs books. Led me into getting hooked on sci-fi!

14.01.2026 14:21 β π 6 π 5 π¬ 0 π 0Great news. These insurance companies try everything they can to put barriers up. Well done for being persistent. Sad to think a lot of people who are not must get denied π

06.01.2026 22:32 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Thatβs a very moving story, thanks for posting it. What a woman Joan is, in the midst of grieving she found the guts to be caring and forgiving. She must be proud to see what Jacob has made of his life. He too mustβve dug deep to get out of the guilt he mustβve felt, and make a better man of himself

I can very well imagine this. Probably along with singing the national anthem at school assembly
01.01.2026 23:47 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The Sopranos had a similar episode where Tony Soprano is in a coma and has a whole alternative life dream. The reality of hospital life keeps trying to break in.
