We need a whole-system approach with upstream prevention, early intervention, and coordinated multi-agency support to address the underlying causes of youth crime before children enter the justice system. Our practitioner toolkits support schools, child health workers and local authorities to implement expert recommendations. We are calling on the government, and everyone, to put children first. #ChildrenFirst
