This chapter has been one of the hardest in my life, and I'm thankful for the support of the many people who helped bring this matter to a just outcome.

At the conclusion of the proceedings, the defendant was sentenced to 44 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release, and he was ordered to receive treatment both during and after incarceration.

Deranged cyberstalker threatened gay Democrat for years. Now he could go away for decades. - LGBTQ Nation Investigators said the messages were extreme enough to put the elected official in reasonable fear of death and serious bodily injury.

Today I traveled to Wilmington, North Carolina to deliver a victim impact statement in the case against an individual who has stalked, harassed, and threatened me and many others in our community for several years.
