Excellent question. Looks like the initial 20-year lease was up in 2017 and included multiple 5-year renewal options, so unless there's a new lease they didn't file publicly, it's likely up in 2027 for its next renewal
I'd guess Waterman St will close/move but Whole Foods hasn't said yet
