Who wants to join a celebration movement? We wake up & celebrate something that we did yesterday. It’s not to ignore the pain or frustration that we are seeing, but to acknowledge that we did things that are worth appreciation & celebration.

Given that coffee and flower places are likely to rise. I’m guessing there’s going to be some relationships issues in the near future,

You can’t access and grow your core values if you are being cynical or resigned. Those are very reasonable responses right now but they don’t reflect your best self.

The core values of our country are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all. They have been tarnished for a long time but it’s time to refocus on them and make them true.

My assertion:
1. Your core values represent you at your best.
2. When you operate at your best, you are using your core values.
3. Therefore, the more you use your core values, the more you’ll operate at your best.
4. And to operate at your best, you’ll want to clarify and use your core values.

The goal is to live and thrive by leading with love, joy, hope and freedom.

Will take work but it’s doable.

We are not sitting around for four years hoping for a savior to create the country we want. We are acting with love and determination to help ourselves and others be great. We can do this.

I watched it. Glad I did. A reminder that we have work to do.

If we are to survive and thrive the next four years we have to stay grounded in our core values and using them for action. We can’t let our fears, worries and doubts run the show. They totally make sense of course but won’t lead us down a good path.

I’m watching the inauguration today because sometimes you have to look directly into the abyss.
