About 20 people protested the death of Minnesota woman Renee Good by immigration officials at the Albuquerque ICE field office.

Two people were detained, an ICE agent used pepper spray and the protest was declared an “illegal assembly” and people were ordered to disperse or face arrest.

This weekend, Source NM spoke to vendors at the Growers' Market who said upcoming food assistance cuts posed concerns both for the people that it need to eat, and for impacts to fresh food sales.

We found more than 50 Americans who were held after agents questioned their citizenship. They were almost all Latino. ~130 Agents also can arrest citizens who allegedly interfered with or assaulted officers. We compiled cases of about 130 Americans, including a dozen elected officials, accused of assaulting or impeding officers. ~20 Among the citizens detained are nearly 20 children, including two with cancer.

In addition to Wirth, House Majority Floor Leader Reena Szczepanski, another Santa Fe Democrat, also received a similar threat, according to a House Democrats spokesperson.
