15.10.2025 15:01 β π 11 π 3 π¬ 3 π 0NEW: I lost to Joe Mazzulla and the Celtics coaches by 53 points in a Media vs Coaches scrimmage at the Auerbach Center today.
It was probably the most lopsided basketball game I ever played in.
But it was also the time of my life:

Was Sunday's win underwhelming - probably. But there was one key reason why and it's been a problem all season long. On today's show I look at GB's 9 point victory over the Bengals & what they need to do to start playing to their potential! Don't miss it!

#Packers were good enough on Sunday. You know what? That's ok for Week 6 if you're securing the W.
Yes, GB needs to shore up some issues, sort out scheme philosophies, and get healthy. But those are season-long goals.
For now, there's a real survive & advance feel to games. Rack up wins #GoPackGo
βͺQuick addendum: I forgot to mention one! Iβve got a 4th superlative this week:β¬
βͺποΈoutstanding podcast and guest: Ohana: Packers Edition podcast, who had ace reporter Rob Demovsky this week! Great work, @iowajoe.bsky.social and @kawanomike.bsky.social!
Michigan might get white washed. Same scared shitless game plan from the Oklahoma game

ICE knocking at the door: βSorry, you are no longer considered American. Please turn around so we can zip tie you and your children.β
I got Troy by a hair, but Olsen is either same tier or half tier lower.
And no, the Turkey Incident is not at all effecting my grade on him LOL
I got Romo 2nd because he's just there to have a good time and while the "premonition Romo" stuff has died down, I do enjoy that he's just enjoying the game like any fan.
I think Collinsworth is past his prime and is starting to enter "stop using color commentary as senior care" territory.
Aikman is #1 by miles. As my mom - a Cowboys fan from the Staubach days - always says, she's shocked at how good Troy is at Color because he was such a robotic presence when he played. You can tell the job is important to him and he works really hard at the craft.
02.10.2025 20:40 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Yeah, that's not how this shit works LOL
As pissed as we all are at Bisaccia for the STs sucking and continuing to make the same fuck ups, that's not how change is coming.
drew allar is who i thought he was. I thought Oregon was at a disadvantage because of the stupid 25 yard line OT because PSU didn't have to throw. Oops.

28.09.2025 03:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I guess we'll find out tomorrow if Micah Parsons has to pay off a bet to Evan Williams.
28.09.2025 03:17 β π 13 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Every person watching that scene/movie is Tommy Lee Jones' Sam Gerard holding his disbelief in at the stupidity of the Chicago PD doofuses. Joey Pants tries less hard to hide his incredulity: "yeah, uh, thanks"
26.09.2025 17:48 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I LOVE the movie to the ends of the universe, but even as a 6-yr-old who understood nothing of the world when I first saw this movie, the Chicago PD pinning Helen's murder on Dr Richard Kimble because "she was more rich" is one of the dumbest Police reasonings in the history of cinema

25.09.2025 02:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0these knuckleball kickoffs are leading to some comical moments of NFL returners looking like the kids in the outfield during the home run derby.
24.09.2025 23:31 β π 63 π 2 π¬ 7 π 1Years ago I had a little football book club with a handful of incredible people. The idea was just to hop on a call, talk ball & ask questions. All just to learn more about the game.
Thinking about trying to do that again, but kind of like an office hours thing.
Adjusted EPA + PFF blend through week 3

New cathartic RAE is out there.

As Vince Lombardi once said "What the hell is going on out there?" we do our best to make sense of what happened in the loss to the Cleveland Browns. The little bit of good, the lot of bit of bad we look at it all
22.09.2025 21:40 β π 0 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Thing is, you can drop set to help cut off the angle. I just never like creating a natural inside gap for the Wide-9 to attack. This feels like a "do this against a normal DE" alignment...but Garrett is no normal DE LOL

22.09.2025 21:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I have real questions about Walker's split here. He is an extra 1-2 feet wide of Banks for no reason
22.09.2025 21:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0If Jenkins doesn't get beat off the snap, you'll never convince me this play isn't intended to get back to Savion on the Wheel
22.09.2025 20:59 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Packers HC Matt LaFleur on Tucker Kraft playing in Week 3 after injury scare in practice:
"It says a lot about him, just in terms of the competitor he is. I think he's feeling good."
Eh, Matt being a little touchy-feely here. I'd be upset if a certain 2nd-year OL wearing 77 said this. Walker wasn't perfect, but he was one of like 2 OL who actually showed up on Sunday
