Had a dumb idea to learn how to mod BG3 so that I could make a mod where everything is the same except I replace one random characters voice with my own

The strings are a bit high closer to the body but buzz a lot from fretts 1 to 5, so I can't lower them any more at the bridge

But to be fair it's easily within the realm of comfortable to play, and the buzz doesn't audibly detract from the tone once it's gone through an amp sim

I don't think I wired it properly as a kill switch thoughs so turning the volume all the way down now just kinda rolls off the top end like a tone control...

On top of the tone control rolling off even more of the top end...

so yay double tone control I guess? 🤣

Artec TRA73 Hot Rail humbucker in the bridge

It was supposed to have a push/pull coil split but I overheated the pot when grounding things and now it doesn't latch...

So it I turned it into a kill switch instead which is honestly much cooler 😂

Attached the neck to the body and holy hell is this looking way better than I'd hoped 😍

Drilling the pilot holes for the neck bolts was probably the part I was stressing about most

Now the body is complete it's on to the electronics!

Apparently I never updated this thread...

Neck arrived over the weekend so I've added some gold locking tuners to it

The nut needs filing as the string grooves are a bit shallow

I also have gold string retainers to add once it's all stringed up

All of the electronics have finally arrived & the guitar has been stripped down once again ready to get everything connected up 🙏
