I got a call back from the store manager yesterday and she was super nice and promised me she was going to address the problem and provide coaching to the TL and thanked me for the insight and said she passed along my compliments and kudos to the cashier and assured me that she let the cashier

holy shit some people should NOT be managers. just witnessed this manager fully refuse to help a cashier with backup when the line was getting long and lash out at her for no reason in front of the line of waiting customers. walgreens will be hearing from me bc that cashier deserves better ❤️
