Epic Games sold it to a Music Publishing company. Their 1st move was to fire a bunch of their journalists & community builders. Dick move...it's still a decent option for artists to get more of their revenue.

People still do sell physical media. I buy tapes & vinyl off underground acts when possible. I don't even have a way to play them. I've started downloading stuff to my phone again, which feels a bit nostalgic, but it's working for me. Bandcamp is still kinda okay yeah?!

Wow, I don't know why this feels so harsh. I certainly don't disagree. I think I was expecting much less from it after the teasers. My tweenagers enjoyed it & are invested in the greater law. At least it's not AvP bad.
