NumPy 2.3 Introduces OpenMP Parallelization Support NumPy 2.3 is out today as the latest release of this widely-used library for scientific computing

🚀 Numpy 2.3 adds OpenMP support!

np.sort & np.argsort now use multiple cores for faster performance. Make sure you enable it with -Denable_openmp=true during install.

This marks the beginning of more parallel computing in NumPy!
