We're happy to announce the release of Technical Report 14, the preview of version 6.1.
This version adds new features to the loop transformation directives. For more control over pointer attachment in map clauses, the attach modifier was added.

np.sort & np.argsort now use multiple cores for faster performance. Make sure you enable it with -Denable_openmp=true during install.
This marks the beginning of more parallel computing in NumPy!
