Policy briefs are concise documents that present research and policy recommendations on complex issues. During the OPERAS-PLUS project, which concluded last August, OPERAS has published four community policy briefs. Each of them approaches a highly strategic subject for the community:

Fragmentation across national and European-wide research systems and infrastructures remains one of the biggest barriers to truly open, collaborative research in Europe. 🌍 That's why the @maxweberstiftung.de joined OPERAS since its beginning as one of our core members.
