I ended up making one that was thick, but also airy, and tho different I really liked it………then my mind went well a quart of heavy cream is cheaper per fl Oz than a half a pint so……….

Yeah it was oddly limited this past year

Also neither of the two states I’ve lived in in the past 3 years have the same brand I had as a kid, so I thought it’d try to make it (cuz I’ve felt the brands I’ve found were too thin to my liking)

I had to decorate my tree at work

I made rolls 3 times this Thanksgiving weekend and 3 times I felt like I needed to play with the flour ratio to get them to rise

After I pulled the third batch out of the oven I made the discovery that my yeast was expired

May try fourth batch this weekend
