If you do stop, make sure to reward yourself. You deserve it and having a distraction really helps (mine was weed lol, but then I had to stop that too so I could get prescribed ADHD meds. Isn’t life fun?) Whatever you do, it’s your life and your body. Your choice is the only one that matters.

Also, go easy on yourself. You’re going to fuck up, backslide, and relapse. The key is to not beat yourself up about it and keep moving forward.

Oh man I feel you. I quit six years ago and I still want them. Hell I did a karaoke night a couple of weeks ago and had a few, felt like shit afterwards though lol.
It’s hard as hell, but it’s not impossible. Honestly I don’t think the desire ever really stops. You just learn to coexist with it.

lol that’s why I quit too. That and because my partner hated the way I smelled.

Honestly it’s not bad, I’ve just been blessed with knowing very talented barbers and stylists over the years and compared to their worn yes it’s very bad but just as a haircut and especially one done myself while being blond in one eye it’s passable and could have been SO much worse 🤣

I cut my own hair this morning for the first time and it came out looking really bad but I’m gonna keep it because fuck it it’s just hair.
