It’s very polished, with sound support, and lots of options. It even supports using it as a wrapper for devs to release homebrew GB games on PlateDate.

the new CRT filter for the SNES online app on Switch makes these dithered colors look SO much cooler!! Big recommend!

I do hope to go to Universal Orlando one day, but I definitely wanted to add this Super Nintendo World pin to the map with some credit I was given on Mercari.

If there's any Florida game cons closeby, I'll definitely look into going to that park.

A bit overdue, but the Nintendo Switch collection has finally hit the 2000 milestone. I'll definitely say that 2k is the number I'm satisfied with, but that doesn't mean I'm over collecting for the platform (at 2014 games) when the Switch 2 comes out. Thread time 🧵

I won't really link out to Twitter too often, but I opted to do so in my last post since it pertains to a past milestone for the Switch collection.

I'm looking forward to finally laying out a bit of a personal "roadmap" for myself now and hope to show off plenty for it for those who are interested. I really do love and appreciate everyone who has stuck around, and I hope you all look forward to what comes next. 💜

As for upcoming game cons and events, I'm currently planning to head out to Concord, NH in July for Retro Matsuri as part of my bucket list plan. I'm heavily considering Too Many Games in June as well, but will try to list cons out again like I did with my pinned post in 2024. 🧵

I'll possibly make a pinned post to highlight some plans this year, not only as a reminder to myself, but as something to give others an idea of what's in-store to come. Self-improvement is always good to strive to achieve. That may come up in the next week or two, depending. 🧵

I'd still love to keep everyone who follows me here or other platforms up-to-date on my future endeavors, and would love to discuss progress to finally bring the whole "game room tour" to fruition. There's going to be lots of planning to be had on my end for that. 🧵

There's passion for me to have with Switch collecting still, but I already know the focus is winding down, and I want to try and better myself if not for others, definitely for my own mental health. I think the hiatus from streaming helped in some ways, maybe not in others. 🧵

I'm not opposed to having shovelware/filler, but I'm now making judgement calls on what I really want on the upcoming shelves to contribute to the library. However, it does cut into the ever-changing interests I have within the gaming hobby and what the future holds. 🧵

Along with that, part of what could be a "bucket list" item over the coming years, I'd like to attend video game conventions (or any applicable cons/events) in all 50 states of the US, and would find more interest in seeing new places over accumulating more filler Switch games 🧵
