FamiStudio - NES Music Editor FamiStudio is a simple music editor for the Nintendo Entertainment System or Famicom. It is targeted at both chiptune artists and NES homebrewers.

Anything else I can think of is its own program and not a plugin, and also very much chiptune lol. So I doubt it's any of these but maybe you'll like to know about them anyway :)
