Ngl, I was in the "chèvre is louis" boat too but idk while thinking about it everything clicked for the theory of being Noé...tho a part of me kinda wants chèvre to be louis so we have him back somehow

I've always found Chèvre being connected to Noé obvious but never before thought of the possibility of him BEING Noé from the future...

But even if Chèvre didn't mean to make Noé lose his name then, the way he speaks about Noé being unable to save anyone is so similar to how narrator Noé talked about the things he lost in this scene. As if Chèvre knows already the facts and he wasn't trying to provoke Noé

specifically can grant him something. Maybe future Noé gives up his name so his wish of bringing Vani back comes true. As Noé he can't do anything, but as Chèvre maybe he has a chance, so Noé is urging his past self to become something stronger so his wishes come true

Chèvre IS future Noé. When Chèvre speaks to Noé, they're in a separated space where only Noé sees him, where he's seeing his future self. Chèvre urges him to join Charlatan, that is, he urges him to become Chèvre, to maybe lose his true name? Maybe Charlatan or Naenia

giving they appear pinned to his chest and Noé is wearing Vani's earrings and jacket. Why would he be wearing them? Cause Vani is no longer with him. So if this is an indication that the Noé that no longer has Vani with him has a connection with Chèvre, maybe that means
