I would at least like to see a commitment from the building owners on Nicollet Mall to create a ton of small, ground level retail AND predictable, extended hours skyway access if they want to move the buses to add "vibrancy." Not sure what experience or opportunity they're trying to sell otherwise.

Do you think it would help in this case that we have both the Wolves and Lynx? Games are being played for most of the year, plus other concerts and events. US Bank just doesn't have enough games and events to make it a destination area. Basketball and baseball together could keep it lively maybe?
