Check up post! Sorry I don’t tend to use social media all too much but I really need to get better at it. Workouts have been going absolutely amazing, monday I have a tour of the gym I’m joining because I finally feel comfortable enough in my own skin to go to a gym. We’re almost to 200 days!

Hey! It’s been awhile. Just a little check up post. Workouts have been going great, been working really hard everyday! Passed day 100 of consistency last week. Also, I don’t know who needs to hear it but you’re valuable, I am proud of you.

Fuck it I been wanting to play a sonic game again so I am probably gonna stream it

The one time I’m not blasting music on my headphones I get called into the office while listening to Goku hits a blinker (without coughing) and I’m trying not to laugh in my managers face

Man I’m really bad at this social media thing. Quick little update, we’re still killing it on workouts! Still haven’t missed a day been noticing veins pop up in the arms recently and it’s all feeling crazy. Today is arm day and I added a bit more bicep workouts to the list to really focus on them

I’ve been asking for a berserk collab in Monster Hunter since MH4-MH4U please bless me with a Dragonslayer skin for the great sword and berserker armor I’M BEGGING!

Played the monster Hunter wilds beta and used all weapons to hunt every monster available. I am more than a little excited for this game. Definitely tied with the souls series in my favorite game series of all time

WOAH! My borfday is almost here. Besides feeling old I want to do a birthday stream of some multiplayer games with friends and just chat with people. So far plans are Webfishing and Abiotic Factor. I forgot to post yesterday oops. But we didn’t skip the workout! Yesterday was arms today is abs let’s kill it. I didn’t lose over 200 ponds for nothing

Less than 2 hours of sleep now I’m at work. I really need to see a doctor about my sleeping issues.

Core day is done I’m thinking next week adding a few more sets or upping the reps it’s gotten pretty easy so far

It’s leg day baby! Tomorrow is my only rest day of the week so let’s make this one count! I can’t wait for that rest day but I also can’t wait to get back to putting work in. Hope you all have a great day today!

Goodnight all you wonderful people. I forgot to post an after workout update but we stayed strong and finished the day! We’re still on a roll and I’m not letting up anytime soon. Wednesday is rest day so until then we’re going hard and giving everything I’ve got!
