We've been absolutely inspired by @komorebigold.bsky.social 's concept Card Game.

Been talking with them about the rules and such. But it's just a fun concept at the moment. Check out their Tumblr. They're posting card templates and other stuff over there.

Anxiety fucking sucks and I hate being like this. I hate being rendered completely non-functional because of it. I hate being unable to turn off the fear and worry. I hate being so broken.

But I feel as if that's how my brain processes the years of dysphoria. Spending hours putting an experience into a comic is a way of processing the complex emotions that built up and were never addressed.

My comics are all about the little bits of dysphoria that I didn't realize were there as I was growing up. Sometimes, I feel like I should make comics to celebrate the euphoric moments, too.

A 4 panel comic with the title "There Were Signs!" and the subtitle "Growing Up". The first panel shows a woman with her child at Tomorrowland at Disney looking at a glowing screen. The second panel shows the woman looking back at her child and saying "This is fun. Look! This lets you see what you'll look like when you're older!" The third panel shows the child now very anxious. The woman asks "Want to see yourself at your dad's age? Or even your grandpa's age?" The child responds "No, thanks!" The woman asks "No? Are you sure?". The fourth panel shows the child grown up as a trans woman saying "It's ok, Little Luz. We definitely look like our Dad's daughter.

I'm just as bitter about this today as I was in that car ride.

We've been saying this was coming for years and cis people, even those who claim to love us, didn't and still won't listen.

This was the last time I spoke to this family member. If I won't be listened to, then I won't waste my breath.

It’s notable that the double Nazi salute is not only clear, it’s also perfectly in line with Elon Musk and Trump’s ideology of white genocide, great replacement theory, and the cult of reproduction.

And Nazis are very much feeling empowered to be visible today.

sometimes I think about the microeconomy of commissions and get emotional if only for the fact there are many artists who are able to make a living based on the interest and good will of fellow working class folks who want to indulge in art. I hold onto that when I start to despair.

he's personally transphobic and wants to hurt his own employees
