Adult learning centres being on the same grounds as schools and colleges is a thing up and down the country.

You can chose to have a debate about whether that principle is a good thing if you like.

The plans for the building show the various parts of the building, the entrances and how the building is divided up and used at different times of the day.

There are secure internal doors that keep the community area separated from the classrooms.

The person filming and sharing will have known full well this wasn’t the main primary school entrance if they were a parent there.
