Like today for example, I've been a mix of lonely, tired, and hungry. I have fixed some of the tired with the shower and the hungry with food. I have Auburn cuddled up now so less lonely but all 3 mean I was near tears almost all day and it was that simple?! Booooo

HALT is one of my most used and most hated skills from therapy. Like, youre telling me my near breakdown is because I'm some combo of hungry, angry, lonely, or tired? Can't be. And yet! It almost always is!
