And y'all are confusing decentralization with fragmentation. ATProto is still decentralized because anyone can pick up the code and host their own Bluesky with blackjack and hookers. However, it is not *fragmented* like Mastodon
You used to be able to append "before:2022" to a query, and this option used to be accesible from the "advanced search" web interface; but Google has made that harder for obvious reasons
There is still a syntax to only get results before a date, but it is not documented; again for obvious reasons
w-what? Its Generative Adversarial Network, an AI that trains two neural nets in tandem; one to generate "fake" content and the other to distinguish it from "real" content.
My point was that any attempts to "filter" Al-generated content is a neverending game of whack-a-mole that you cannot win.
There are many tools to do this but they are only useful for about 2 days cuz' they're literally one half of a GAN.

Plus the email service is great, too ๐ง

Theres an asexual "anti-dating" Sim called I Just Want To Be Single!
Where you have multiple love interests flirting with you and your character wants none of that.
The shader makes it look like Keke's style.

07.11.2025 18:22 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0well, it could be 5000, but they would all have to be "subconscious" โ for example, I have also seen statistics that we see >100 ads a day, yet you probably cant name all the ads you saw today.
Are passing ads that get dismissed by the conscious mind counted as "scam attempts"?
source?
or was the 5000 number just hyperbole?
Scavengers are an important and necessary part of the ecosystem.

21.10.2025 11:01 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Oh wait; I just learned Canvas IS actually open-source! Universities don't host their own Canvas because their documentation is shit! And the official Canvas interfaces with several proprietary systems that are a pain to set up yourself!
20.10.2025 23:42 โ ๐ 6 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0We need an open-source self-hosted Canvas so the University can have all the benefits of EdTech without a company selling their data.
20.10.2025 23:34 โ ๐ 12 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0You should enable Secret Redaction by default.
Also, please redact private keys such as those from ssh. I know those can't be matched with a regexp but goodness knows how many people type "cat /path/to/id_privatekey" on stream.
heh... X-odus.
I'm stealing that.
did-did you just RICE Windows?

Imagine what you could do with Hyprland...
Yup; as expected, the link to the Kickstarter on this guy's profile has the ?ref=9xmxwm param. If you strip that param away before "clicking" on the link, Kickstarter won't know you "came from" Bluesky.
15.10.2025 22:47 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0When you post a link, you can include metadata params in the query string (the part after the question mark) to mark what site its on. For example, you could add ?source=bluesky and post that link only on Bluesky. Kickstarter will give you the data on how many clicks each "source" received.
