I've run MX servers for decades. Make sure IP isn't on some blacklist; Spamhaus, SORBS, Baraccuda, etc. Make sure DNS (MX+PTR+SPF+DKIM+DMARC+BIMI), MTA-STS and lock down directions on firewall. (25, 587, 465)
