Well there are ways to Frankenstein a mount but will take about the same effort as mounting it to a wall.
Is the rack bolted to the floor?
Can you take a picture of it? And what size is your TV? (Screen wise is fine).
Is your rack mounted solidly on the wall?

Typical rack space is 19 inches wide.
The measurements you are looking for to mount a TV would be called VESA and it does it like 100x100, 50x 50 etc etc.
Are you looking to mount your TV to the rack itself?
