After they rifled through all my belongings, read my personal joumal, and confiscated rny phone and computer, I had to explain to them that the aFreeStateNH is a non-violent, peaceful libertarian movernent that builds community, culture and political change. We were invited to New Hampshire in the early 2000s bythe Govemor of the state. We reject violence as a path to creating change. In detail, I had to explain the nature of the Defend the Guard rnovernent and assure them that I was not part of a violent extremist group seeking to raise a militia for insurrection against the government. At one point during my detention, I asked for clarification on what rights I had here as a US. citizen and was told that they did not nΓ¦d a warrant for anything in my possession, including all my elΓ¦β’tronic devices. They eventually let me gu Truth be told, I am shaken up and in shock right now. Rate "oposed CMnmu nity 11:59 AM 5, Views
Reminder: Never travel out of the country with your main cell phone (or without backing it up and then doing a factory reset) or laptop.
CBP agents are effectively Redcoats and they WILL delight in reminding you that they owe you no rights.
A split-screen image showing (top) a face view of an elongated ant standing on a reflective surfave, facing us with toothy brown jaws held 180 degrees open, and (bottom), the same ant with jaws closed, the bluntly toothed tips held together.
A textbook image I did a few years ago showing a trap-jaw ant (Odontomachus rixosus) with her mandibles held open and trigger hairs forward, and then in the closed position.
The snapping shut of the trap is one of the fastest measured animal movements.
Classic body down, heads up pose for a nuthatch. He's holding on to a single small branch.
The bird directly over me but in horrible light! Nice feather detail tho.

I found a White Breasted Nuthatch today... and got to watch it for a good 5 minutes or more. aka... Forever in bird viewing. #birds π

Inside were her crib notes for attacking the senators.

Confirms one thing I was told but didn't put in my own piece because I didn't have a second source and it seemed too insane: border agents segregated arrested residents by race

A Nelsonβs Sparrow perched upright among tall green and brown grass stems, lit by soft golden morning light. The birdβs buffy face, streaked breast, and small bill are clearly visible as it stands alert amid the autumn vegetation.
A Nelsonβs Sparrow seen from behind at the edge of a muddy shoreline. The birdβs warm brown and olive back shows bold streaking as it holds a small insect in its bill, with water rippling beside it.
A Nelsonβs Sparrow partially hidden among dense green and brown marsh vegetation. The bird peeks through stems and seed heads, its pale chest and subtle face markings catching the sunlight.

Okay, early in the evening still for a proper migration post, but thereβs south wind ahead of and with the storm/rain line and north winds behind that system, and itβs cool to see birds taking advantage of those favorable winds right behind the exiting rain. #birds

the dropout game changer loop de loop symbol as a sticker in the trans flag colours, with text that says we've been here the whole time. The design is broken down one edge where someone has tried to remove it
Just added a couple of limited edition stickers at canopyrobin.etsy.com! They're an A6 trans flag and trans dropout loopdeloop.
Unlike my normal easy-peel stickers, these are an eggshell design with extra-strong adhesive, so they'll break at the edges if tampered with and become very hard to remove
