With the time change each spring to daylight saving time, the important relationship between our brains and the sun is disrupted.

Sleep experts caution that permanent daylight saving time could misalign our bodies with the sun, causing health issues. https://wapo.st/40UkHSR

I thought it was also a more innocent take on Colin and Che's season end tradition. Good episode of SNL overall, but I remain puzzled over the number of strong cast members sidelined. Just the luck of the draw on pitch day, I guess.

Finally got back to my reworking of my RR Christmas drawing. Eventually, I'll redraw this for an online sale, without the fun True Grit textures.

She should be carrying a tool, human-sized or something she made, that has a related use. Maybe a saw on a pole, suggesting that she's the one who cut the acorn off the tree. Any thoughts?

Seems like Zipper would be happy to pitch in. There's more personality in having him struggle, but does that make Dale too much of a jerk? Although that's the kind of story arc we did. Dale learns to not be a jerk. Maybe I'm over thinking.
Gadget is harder.

A rough sketch is superimposed over the Rescue Rangers Christmas scene. Instead of an ornament, it's a giant acorn. The attitudes of the characters are being reworked.

WIP My intention is to redraw the last few setups I've posted to sell online since there are no cons in my future. I like my Rescue Rangers piece but a Christmas themed piece seems a weird sell in April, so I'm converting it. I'm struggling a bit with Zipper and Gadget.

Disney's Gargoyles was all about continuity while Darkwing Duck was infamously not. Smushing the worlds together was a log of fun for me and Greg Weisman. Would love to do another four issue series. www.superpoweredfancast.com/gargoyles-da...

We were pretty ambitious with Blood and Iron. While the main story plays out in normal chronology, the flashblack sequences are presented in reverse. Sure wish we could have done the third movie. Originally it was going to be an ongoing series of movies but the studio was sold to Starz.

It's ridiculous on how long it sometimes takes me to get my own characters to look like themselves. Or even my version of them.

I was thinking movie, and the bulk of that audience does not know the particulars of Gummi history. I don't even know it because I only ran story on season three. Rich Fogel and Mark Seidenberg used my expanded show bible to base the final seasons on, but that was just a starting point.

"At this very moment, our American forces are..." being said in the state of the union address? Because if you need a distraction--.

Of course I loved the stories of the various "replacement" Metal Men like the Gas Gang. But most of the villains were way out of the box, like the giant robot made out of ink rollers.

They've gone through several reboots. The original comics were the closest to Marvel storytelling that DC was publishing at the time, in that there were strong individual personalities, close to soap opera B stories. And they were wacky!

It's getting really "cold" here with highs of 55F which I realize is downright balmy to those digging out of or bracing for more freezing storms. Thinking of those extremes is what led to this.

Gladys Mae West obituary: mathematician who pioneered GPS technology She made key contributions to US cold-war science despite facing huge barriers as a Black woman.

No joke: I got angry hate mail today for writing an obituary of a Black woman scientistβ€”because the person felt she did didn’t deserve the recognition.

Which just makes me want to share it again: www.nature.com/articles/d41...
