I realized as I woke up this morning that I am confused as to why we aren't seeing new local newspapers pop up. Is it the overhead? The material goods? Lack of local businesses to bankroll the day-to-day costs through advertising? Help?

Our furnace died. They can't install the replacement until tomorrow. We have three space heaters courtesy of the company to get us through the night.

My heat is off. My furnace is dead. It's gonna be tomorrow morning before they can install a new one. At least they left us a couple of space heaters. #brr #argh

His mysteries were kind of fun, but nothing really exceptional. There are so few old-gen sci-fi writers I really recommend anymore, and that makes me a little sad, but not really.

The prices are finally driving me off of the services and back to going to pick up food my dang self, or at least order directly from the business (even if that eventually goes through DoorDash or some similar service). It's worth it to avoid the $3+ markup per item, plus fees.
